Host: Aaron Rittmaster
Co-Hosts: Tim Hicks & Willie Crocker
Host Aaron Rittmaster and Co-hosts Willie Crocker and Tim Hicks go right back to the Top 9 well, but with a new twist. This time, they take their first look back at Disney History (or, rather, un-history), talking about their favorite attractions that didn’t end up getting built in U.S. Disney theme parks. All of these attractions reached at least the concept art stage, and some were even publicly announced before being canceled.

What do you think of our list? What unbuilt attraction should have been in the Top 9, but didn’t make it? Which unbuilt attractions did we overrate? What’s YOUR favorite unbuilt Disney attraction? Tell us about it! Leave a comment here on the blog; Email us at podcast@disdads.com; tweet us at DisDadsPodcast on Twitter; or check out our DISDads Podcast Facebook page.

The attraction’s story was that guests were visiting a top-secret Swiss bobsled training facility

-
Mt. Fuji would have given the Japan Pavilion a totally different profile.

Bat-themed ride vehicles invade the Dragon Tower

Geyser Mountain was considered for both Disneyland & Disneyland Paris

Hard to understand how this concept could have been so thoroughly botched TWICE

The Excavator would have stretched across Dinoland U.S.A,
-

Atlantis Exhibition actually had a construction banner in Disneyland Theme Park.

Concepts originally developed for this attraction made their way into Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway

Tony Baxter never gave up on this attraction. Could it be what the WDW Frontierland needs to be relevant again?

Host Aaron Rittmaster and Co-hosts Willie Crocker and Tim Hicks take a look at the massive Epcot reboot that is currently in progress. In addition to taking a virtual tour around the revamped park, the guys talk about elements that might not survive budget-trimming, and what of the newly refurbished park we’re each especially looking forward to experiencing.

Host: Aaron Rittmaster
Panelists: Don Donfris, Tim Hicks, Brett Williams
The DISDads Podcast Panel provides a DISDads overview of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival. While the Festival is still about three months away (yes, it actually starts this year at the end of AUGUST), we wanted to make sure that you had at least some time to plan for that trip. Host Aaron Rittmaster is joined by Festival veterans Don Donfris, Tim Hicks, and Brett Williams in an episode chock-full of information, tips, and suggestions.
In my opinion, the best third-party source of information about the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival is the Disney Food Blog. They’re a great reference, and we found ourselves double-checking our information with them as we were recording. The official dates for the 2018 festival are: August 30 – November 12, 2018.
What are your best tips for experiencing the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival? Tell us about it! Leave a comment here on the blog; Email us at podcast@disdads.com; tweet us at DisDadsPodcast on Twitter; and check out our DISDads Podcast Facebook page.
If you enjoyed the show, we’d also really appreciate it if you took a moment to leave us a review on Apple Podcasts. Even if you use a different method to listen to the show, reviews on Apple Podcasts/iTunes really give the show a boost and make it easier for new listeners to find it.
