This week, we wrapped up our three-part Star Wars series with a live discussion of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The first 15 minutes or so of the show are spoiler free. But if you haven’t yet seen The Force Awakens, first GO SEE IT!! (It’s OK. We’ll wait).

Now that you’ve seen the movie, listen to the rest of the show and enjoy the discussion of some of our favorite moments, our frustrations with the story, and some speculation about where it might be headed next. Because the show featured spoilers, I fully expect that comments to this post will likely include spoilers as well. So again, if you haven’t seen the movie, I’d wait to read the comments until after you get back from the theater. To which you should be headed. Now.

What did you like best about Star Wars: The Force Awakens? What parts of it left you frustrated or dissatisfied? Where do you think the story is headed next? Tell us about it! Email us at; tweet us at DisDadsPodcast on Twitter; join in the online discussion of the podcasts on our DISDads Discussion Boards; and check out our DISDads Podcast Facebook page.
