BiggestDisneyVillain2015-Champ RdHost: Aaron Rittmaster
Panel: Coy Cypert, Darcy McKillop, David Nicely

This Sunday was the last Sunday of the month, so we came to you LIVE to reach the conclusion of our 2015 DISDads Disney Villains Tourney. The image I’ve posted will spoil the results up to the championship match, so don’t look at it too closely until after you’ve listened. While some may quibble about an individual match here or there, I have to say that overall, I think we came to a reasonable result in our quest to identify the biggest Disney villain.

What do you think of the panel’s picks? How would you have chosen differently (and why)? Tell us about it! Email us at; tweet us at DisDadsPodcast on Twitter; join in the online discussion of the podcasts on our DISDads Discussion Boards; and check out our DISDads Podcast Facebook page.

I did look back at the results of the Villains poll we ran back in 2011. Maleficent was a finalist in that poll, facing off against Captain Hook (who was eliminated in the first round this time around). I do think that we asked the question a bit differently back then. In 2011, we were asking people who was their “favorite” Disney villain. This time around, we were looking for the biggest villain.

We also have a winner for the Nightmare Before Christmas 20th Anniversary Edition Blu-Ray+DVD drawing. Congratulations to James Cameron – your movie will be on its way shortly.

Special thanks to Mitch Furman for our live show intro music.
Our outro music is a sample of “Whiskey on the Mississippi” by Kevin MacLeod
