Touring Disney California Adventure – Episode 522

DISDads Podcast 522 - Touring Disney California Adventure with Aaron Rittmaster, David Platt, Chris Papciak and Dustin Hertz
Host: Aaron Rittmaster
Panel: David Platt, Chris Papciak, Dustin Hertz

The panel discusses changing crowd patterns at Disney California Adventure, and makes suggestions for how to get the most out of your park touring experience. Along the way we also talk about exciting new (and relocating) attractions, announced at the D23 event last month. Included in the discussion is not only the impact of new attractions, but also the impact of MaxPass and some procedural changes that MaxPass brings with it. (Late breaking update: As of this episode posting, reports are that once a ticket has been scanned into the park, the geolocation accuracy of MaxPass is … less than precise. Guests are reporting the ability to pull a MaxPass while sitting poolside at the Disneyland Hotel, for example).

What of the changes just arrived and coming soon to DCA are most exciting to you? Do you have any tips or tricks to maximizing the DCA touring experience that we missed? DAD Show #218 - Jar-Jar Returns: More WDW with Jason Mitts
Jason Mitts returns to the DAD Show, this time talking about his family’s 10-day Walt Disney World vacation. The trip was a “split stay” in two ways. First, his family was joined for the first part of the trip by some of his sister-in-law’s family.
