Pretty straightforward this time – which is your favorite 3D attraction (defined – by me – as requiring the wearing of 3D glasses)? Is there one I’ve left off the list that you like better? Tell us about it in the comments.

Star Tours got my vote. It was very close between that and TSMM, but while TSMM is a fantastic ride that is fun for the whole family, I’m giving Star Tours the edge for a few reasons.
1. It is by far the smoothest, most fluid simulator ride I’ve experienced
2. It has multiple scenes/destinations
3. I’ve never seen such crisp, clean 3D video in a theme park. The visuals are stunning
I have to say though, I love all the 3D attractions listed here with the exception of EO. They can stick that one back in the vault any day now.
I voted Toy Story Midway Mania, only because I haven’t seen the new Star Tours.
Come June 9, that answer may (or may not) change. I’m also very partial to Philharmagic, but more for the music and other sensory effects. The show probably needs an update.
As much as I LOVEEEEEEEE the SW ride the MP won me over first and will be one of my many gems I have about WDW. The new improved SW is simply AMAZING, but MP will always hold a soft place in my heart.
I voted Mickey’s Philharmagic. It was a tough choice. I like MP, Muppets because they are classics and for their history. Even though it is the same every time, I can go back and watch them again and not be bored by them. Starwars is just awesome but I had to go with a classic and you can just relax in MP.
Now I am sure I will get flack for this but….
I really think that TSMM is overrated. Don’t get me wrong I do like to play the games, it is just that it seems to have this rating of awesomeness that I apparently don’t get. In the end It is a game (I know and the others are just a film), but the wait to get on and/or the rush to get a FP just kills it. I really don’t think I would feel bad about missing it the next time we go. There are so many other things that can be done in the time taken to accommodate this attraction into ones schedule that it can seem that it isn’t worth it. That is my opinion anyways.
Jason, totally agree with you about TSMM. I absolutely love it, but I don’t want to wait 2 hours to play a game for a few minutes and the FP rush is just ridiculous. It really does spoil the experience.
I will argue that it is worth the effort to ride it if you have height restricted kids though. What else are they going to do in that park?
Mickey’sDonald’s Philharmagic has got to be my favorite attaction in all to “World”.Sure it’s ultimately a Movie…but it is such a great story featuring Donald. The Little Mermaid scene where the screen just seems to swallows the Whole theater is just amazing. And the magic carpet chase is just as thrilling as a rollercoaster. and of course I never get tired of the Donald Animatronic rear-end at the end.
Number 2 would be TSMM…this is just a funny game.
